Non-Exclusive Rights Agreement
Your purchase includes the following:
1. Mp3 audio file(s)
2. Opportunities to be featured in future Compilations/Albums and/or on this website (supastarbeatz.com).
3. Opportunities to have your song(s) and/or likeness promoted at the discretion of Supastarbeatz.com / Quazar Enterprizes Inc.
For the terms of this contract, "QUAZAR", "THEY CAME FOR THE BASS PRODUCTIONS", "T.C.B.P.", "QUAZAR ENTERPRIZES Inc.", "L. K. Shaw", "Ultimate Supastar", and "SUPASTARBEATZ.COM" and all other forms of those names, all represent the same entity and may be used interchangeably.
Below is a CONTRACT between You (buyer), and Producer (Quazar), which by your purchase of any audio, you agree to the terms hereinafter described, and therefore are granted these rights as long as both (two) requirements listed below are met.
Requirements Include:
1. Credit must be given to producer (Quazzar) as stated in this CONTRACT.
2. If you are a minor, under the age of 18, you need to include your parent/guardian’s signature on a printed copy of this CONTRACT.
Terms and Conditions
Beat/Instrumental(s) purchased with Non-exclusive Rights:
You (buyer) have purchased the right to use the Beat/Instrumental(s) for non-commercial uses; meaning for non-profit or promotion, such as a demo, mix tape, album, online promotion, personal website, and give-away(s). The Beat/Instrumental(s) purchased under this agreement, may not be re-mixed, re-sold, or sampled. Limitations and Requirements to these rights are the following:
1. You may not offer for sale the beat/instrumental(s) and/or completed song (in excess of 1500 physical units or 2500 digital downloads), without the purchase of the exclusive rights to any beat/instrumental(s).
2. Credit must be given to producer (Quazar) in the way described below.
3. The rights granted to you (buyer) are NON TRANSFERABLE.
4. The Vocal tag is NOT TO BE REMOVED from the track.
Credits Due
With both exclusive and non-exclusive purchases; Credit must be given on all printed, promotional, and online material(s) that contain any form of and/or feature the beat/instrumental you received from us.

Limitation of Liability
Neither Quazar, Supastarbeatz.com, Quazar Enterprizes Inc., They Came for the Bass Productions, nor any of the staff, therein assumes any liability for disruptions or improper operation of its equipment or software for any reason, including, but not limited to, vandalism, theft, phone service outages, Internet disruptions, human error, extreme or severe weather conditions or any other causes in the nature of ”Acts of God”. Neither Quazar, Supastarbeatz.com, Quazar Enterprizes Inc., They Came for the Bass Productions, nor any of the staff, therein shall be responsible for consequential, punitive or exemplary damages under any circumstances. In no case shall Buyer be entitled to recover damages from Quazar, Supastarbeatz.com, Quazar Enterprizes Inc., They Came for the Bass Productions, nor any of the staff, therein. Any purchases made regarding any Beat(s)/Instrumental(s) are non-refundable at anytime. No exchanges, no refunds.
